 Toby has been gone a lot this summer traveling for his new job.   It's been quite the adjustment for us back home.  (something I hate.....)  So when he was home this past weekend, we went bowling!  I forgot the camera so these are from Toby's IPhone.  And some were taken by the boys so they are bit blurry.  But, I love them and we had a great time.  Even with the fits that a certain two year old threw.

Boston according to the IPhone

 Toby spent 10 days back in Boston for training for his new job.  He is a clinical specialist for Abiomed and will help the Cath Labs put in the device called the Impella (heart pump).  Basically he gets to put the heart in Hawaii while they fix it. 

He has been working for them for about 2 years now doing per diem work and finally they had a full time position for him!  We will be moving in August.  Not happy about the move, but happy about the new job.

So here are photos that he took while he was away.  He got to play a bit and went up to Portland, Maine to see some light houses, and go on a whale watching boat tour.  He went to a Portuguese speaking ward for church, saw the Boston Temple and of course, ate some fantastic seafood. 

We are so glad he's home for a little while!

Summer

SOOOO much to catch up on.  It's overwhelming! 

Summer is in full swing in Boise and we are loving it.  The weather is fantastic and the boys are so tan.  They have bruises all over their bodies but go to bed happy each night (and exhausted!) from all the fun things we have been doing. 

Life is about to change due to a new job.  Toby now works with Abio Med.  It is still dealing with hearts and Cath Labs but he no longer works as a nurse.  He is a Clinical Specialist and helps out with cases.  Pretty much he puts the heart in hawaii while the doc fixes it.  We will be moving to SLC in August.  I am not happy about moving, and I really don't want to move to Utah or leave Boise, but I know this will be a good experience. 

We have loved living here and hope to be back in a few years.

Must catch up now!  Posts will be marked on their correct dates for my blog book.  I'll have to add the links so you (meaning my Mom) won't miss them.  :) 

Creative Nonsense

I did it!  I started a (very small) business.  Still working out all the details and legal stuff, but I'm doing it.  I love creating and decided to make a go and see how I do.  I am working on creating a website and will post my link once I'm done.

I will be doing custom everything!  Vinyl, decor, shirts, you want it, I can create it.  :)

I LOVE subway art, and created this for my home.  It was so fun to create and I love that it's one of a kind!

FHE water madness

The weather has been hot!  91 the past two days.  This is not normal for Boise in the spring.  We are usually having temps in the mid 60's to maybe low 70's.  But it feels like summer and we are totally enjoying it.  For FHE we had a lesson on prayer and then played outside!  At first we played baseball, but then the boys got their water squirters out and went to town soaking Toby.  :)
