Old Chevy Truck

Isn't this such a cool truck? It's a 1951 Chevy. Dad has always wanted one and now he finally got one! Andrew and Dad are planning on putting a back on it to make it a stake bed instead of a flat bed. They've been working on that truck for some time. It's a stick shift and Toby says it's pretty hard to drive. I haven't driven it yet, but I will soon.

Andrew-doesn't he look good in the truck?

Mom and Dad

Our little fam. Can't believe that in less than 3 weeks, it will be outdated and we will be missing one new little boy!

Merry Christmas! This is the photo Mom is using for her card this year.

You can only smile for so long--I think Mom should've used this photo for the Christmas card!!! It captures our personalities perfectly! :)

Hangin' out during the break

It was so great to just sit back and relax over Thanksgiving break. The girls totally helped out with Dallas and that was so nice for me. We didn't even go shopping!!!

Dallas in his BSU gear for Friday's game playing with Melissa. Love these two!

Dad and Andrew by the Chevy. Isn't it beautiful!? It sure is a great truck. Andrew can't wait to drive it---but he needs to learn how to drive a stick. And this one is kind of hard.

Andrew and Dallas playing in the truck. Dallas was in heaven--he loves cars and he played in that cab for so long, despite the cold weather!

Look how happy he is driving.

We've become like the Griswolds!!! Just kidding. Mom got a snowman for the front yard. It sure looks cute at night. The girls were excited to put it outside.

I sure look tired. It's hard work makin' a baby. :) I am 36 weeks in this photo. I sure stick out huh. I am so ready to get this baby out. As much as I am not ready for a new baby, I am ready to be done with the pregnancy!

Silly kid-he never looks at the camera. He's eating a snack and chillin' with his uncle Andrew, wearing his hat.

Love the power tools! Grandpa Clark was fixing something in Mom's bathroom and Dallas was enjoying watching him and listening to the drill. He's all boy and we love him.
Visiting family was such a great break. Thanks for always welcoming us home Mom and Dad!!!

Thanksgiving 09

Happy Thanksgiving! Lots to be thankful for this year!

The day before Thanksgiving---look who shows up at our door!?!? Grandma and Grandpa! We didn't know they were coming and were so surprised. Love the sign they brought with them. Notice their awesome jackets?! They went to one of the world series games when they were visiting my uncles back east. They were at the game that David caught the home run ball from Chase Utley. I'll have to do a post on that. Very cool to see them all on TV.

We were excited to have them come and celebrate with us. Even if they claimed to be homeless! :)

Working on the cheese ball the night before. This is Megan and Melissa's favorite part. I got the recipe from my cousin Ashley and it has been a staple appetizer for quite some time now. Super easy and super yummy. Love all the different crackers we serve with it too.

That's a big ole bird!

Getting ready to put the turkey in. Lookin' good!

Megan helping Mom make the banana cream pies. YUM! They are our family's favorite. We made 4 this time-2 to share at Thanksgiving and 2 to keep at home. I had pie for the breakfast the next two days. Yum.

Good job Megs! I made a pecan pie for the first time this year. I'm not a fan of pecans but the rest of the pie tasted good. Who can resist, corn syrup, brown sugar, melted butter with a few other things in a homemade crust!?!??!

Mom and Melissa working on the rolls. We had a lot of help in the kitchen this year.

Cutting bread for the spinach dip. YUMMY! I should make this more often. It's one of my favorites and goes so quickly!

The boys-Ryan, Andrew and Jason.

Out of focus, but still a cute picture of Mom and I.

Three sisters-Diane, Carol and Mom

Grandma Lovey with the Dallas baby. He was such a little stinker and did not want to eat anything!

Cute cousins! Katie, Jason, Jayna and Chelsea. Jason is home on break from UW and Jayna was super excited because she turn 16 on the 30th! Lots of fun happening.

Cute little place cards.

Thanksgiving dinner was at the Walker's this year. Diane set a nice table for the adults. The kids and the teens were in the kitchen. There were quite a few of us this year! It's fun to be able to go to the different houses-we'll be at Carol's house for Christmas. Well, not my family. We'll be home with a new babe....hopefully!
Yummy food!!!

G & G Clark

Who's belly is bigger!?!? Chet vs. Tammy. Guess I win. I seem to be carrying much lower with this one and stick out farther. More like a basketball than a football.

Grandma and Grandpa with 3 of their 4 girls. Carol, Diane and Mom.
We had a wonderful time and I am so thankful for my family and all of my blessings.

Happy Thanksgiving!

From our little stinker! :) Hope you're eating good and thinking of all your blessings.

Sweetness

Doesn't he just look so innocent? I was trying to warm up his hands and keep him happy because it was SO STINKIN' COLD and I didn't even know she was still taking photos.
I think this is one of my favs. Who am I kidding--they all are my favs.

Listening to Mom give him good advice. :) Love you Baby D.
